The Viltrox AF 50mm f/1.4 Pro Nikon Z Lens is a fast full-frame standard prime designed for photographers and videographers who want natural perspective, strong subject separation, and dependable autofocus in demanding shooting conditions. Its bright f/1.4 aperture helps capture more light for low-light photography while producing shallow depth of field and smooth background rendering for portraits, lifestyle images, street photography, and cinematic video.

Built around a 15-element, 11-group optical design, the lens uses one UA aspherical element, three ED elements, and eight high-refractive elements to deliver detailed images across the frame while controlling chromatic aberration and optical distortion. The 11-blade diaphragm contributes to smooth bokeh.

Autofocus is powered by Viltrox’s Dual HyperVCM system, providing fast and quiet focusing with eye and face detection support. A 0.45m minimum focusing distance adds flexibility for closer portraits and detail-oriented compositions. For video, minimal focus breathing helps maintain consistent framing during focus transitions.
